  1. MediCopy is open and operational with all necessary safeguards in place to continue as an essential business and ensure this situation does not
    affect the timeliness or quality of the work we are doing for clients and patients. 
  2. MediCopy is extending our online chat hours to 6 A.M - 8 P.M. CST so that we can better assist patients.
  3. MediCopy is waiving all fees for all COVID-19 related FMLA forms.
  4. MediCopy will update all FMLA, STD, LTD forms affected by COVID-19 at no cost to the patient.
  5. MediCopy will customize our approach to meet the specific needs of our individual clients including accepting medical records requests at our offices to keep the release of information process flow for facilities.
