A big congratulations to Nadia Pillatsch for being recognized as the Employee of the Quarter! Nadia has been with us nine months working as a Disability Account Manager. Management loves Nadia because she embodies our core values, has a heart for our patients, meets and exceeds production and quality standards, and on top of ALL of that, she is bilingual! Nadia loves how the MediCopy team is always working towards our mission while innovating with new ideas and initiatives. When asked what leadership meant to her, Nadia answered, “Leadership to me means doing your best work not to create followers but to lead by example and inspire others to become leaders as well.” We could not be more excited to have Nadia on our team!
